قــواعــد أخــلاقـيــات مـهـنــة الـكــوتــشـيـنــج
أنـا / إبــراهـيـــم ســـكــر بـصـفـتـي كــوتـــش:
1. أمتنع عن التمييز غير القانوني في أنشطتي المهنية، بما في ذلك العمر أو العرق أو النوع الجنسي، أو التوجه الجنسي، أو الدين، أو الأصل القومي أو الإعاقة.
2. أقدم للآخرين شرح ا واقعي ا أو دقيق ا عما أقدمه لهم من خلال الكوتشينج، وعن مهنة الكوتشينج سوا ء كان مكتوبا أو شفهيا.
3. أعرف بدقة خبراتي واختصاصاتي وشهاداتي المهنية أو الأكاديمية.
4. أدرك وأعتز بجهود وإسهامات الآخرين وأنسب لنفسي ما صممته وحققته فقط، وأنني أفهم أن كسر هذا المعيار قد يعرضني للمحاسبة القانونية من قبل الغير.
5. أسعى - في جميع الأوقات - لأعترف بالمسائل الشخصية التي قد تعترض أو تنازع أو تضعف أداء الكوتشينج أو علاقات الكوتشينج المهنية، وحيثما اقتضت أو تطلبت الحقائق والظروف؛ فإنني أطلب فور ا مساعدة مهني ة وأحدد الإجراءات الواجب اتخاذها؛ مما قد يعني تعليق أو إيقاف علاقة الكوتشينج.
6. أتحدث بأخلاقية إلى عملائي، عما أعلم بكونه صحيح ا عن عملية الكوتشينج أو عني بصفتي كوتش.
7. أشر ح بعناية وأسعى بحرص لإفهام العملاء بطبيعة الكوتشينج وحدود السرية والترتيبات المالية؛ وأية شروط لإتفاقات وعقود الكوتشينج، وذلك في اللقاء المبدئي أو قبله.
8. أعقد إتفاقي ة واضح ة لخدمات الكوتشينج مع عملائي قبل بدء علاقة الكوتشينج، وأحترم شرف هذا الإتفاق، بحيث تتضمن هذه ا لإتفاقية الأدوار والمسؤوليات والحقوق لجميع أطراف الاتفاق.
9. أتحمل المسؤولية بأن أكون واعي ا وأن أضع حدود ا واضحة وملائمة، أراعي فيها ثقافة المجتمع وعاداته التي تحكم حدود التعاطي الحضوري المباشر أو غيره مع العملاء ورعاتهم.
10 . أتجنب العلاقات العاطفية والجنسية مع أي من العملاء الحاليين أو رعاتهم أو المتدربين أو المستفيدين من خدمات الكوتشينج. كما أحرص على أن أكون حذر ا من أي إمكانية محتملة لأي علاقة جنسية مع أي من الأطراف التي تشمل: الموظفين أو المساعدين، وسأقوم باتخاذ الإجراء المناسب لمعالجة الموضوع أو إلغاء التعاقد؛ وذلك للإبقاء على توفير بيئة آمنة بشكل شامل.
11. أحتر م حق العميل في إنهاء علاقة الكوتشينج في أي مرحلة من مراحل الكوتشينج؛ ويخضع ذلك إلى أحكام الإتفاقية. وسوف أبقى متنبه ا لأي مؤشرات تدل على أن علاقة الكوتشينج لم تعد تحقق الأهداف المنشودة منها.
12 . أشجع العميل على التغيير إذا كنت أعتقد أنه سوف يستفيد أكثر مع كوتش آخر أو مصدر آخر للمساعدة، وأقتر ح عليه الاستفادة من خدمات محترفي المهن الأخرى عندما يكون ذلك ضروري ا أو مناسبا .
13 . أحافظ على أعلى مستويات السرية لجميع معلومات العملاء وما يخصهم، ما لم يكن الإدلاء بهذه المعلومات متطلب ا بموجب القانون.
14 . ألتزم بالاستمرار في تطوير مهاراتي المهنية وفقا لاحتياجاتي.
Code of Ethics of the Coaching Profession
I am Ibrahim Sokkar:
1. I refrain from unlawful discrimination in my professional activities, including age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, national origin or disability.
2. I provide others with a realistic and accurate explanation of what I offer them through coaching, and about the coaching profession, whether written or oral.
3. I accurately identify my experience, specializations and professional or academic credentials.
4. I recognize and value the efforts and contributions of others and take credit for only what I have designed and achieved, and I understand that violating this standard may expose me to legal accountability by others.
5. I seek - at all times - to acknowledge personal issues that may interfere with, conflict with or impair the performance of coaching or professional coaching relationships, and where the facts and circumstances require or require; I immediately seek professional assistance and determine the necessary actions to be taken; which may mean suspending or terminating the coaching relationship.
6. I speak ethically to my clients about what I know to be true about the coaching process or about myself as a coach.
7. I carefully explain and seek to make my clients understand the nature of coaching, the limits of confidentiality, financial arrangements, and any terms of coaching agreements and contracts, at or before the initial meeting.
8. I enter into a clear coaching services agreement with my clients before the coaching relationship begins, and I respect the honor of that agreement, so that this agreement includes the roles, responsibilities, and rights of all parties to the agreement.
9. I take responsibility for being aware of and setting clear and appropriate boundaries, taking into account the culture and customs of the community that govern the boundaries of direct or in-person interactions with clients and their sponsors.
10. I avoid romantic or sexual relationships with any current clients, sponsors, trainees, or beneficiaries of coaching services. I will also be vigilant of any potential sexual relationship with any party including: employees or assistants, and will take appropriate action to address the issue or terminate the contract; in order to maintain a comprehensive safe environment.
11. I respect the client’s right to terminate the coaching relationship at any stage of the coaching process, subject to the terms of the agreement. I will remain alert for any indications that the coaching relationship is no longer achieving its intended goals.
12. I encourage the client to change if I believe he or she would benefit more from another coach or source of assistance, and suggest the services of other professionals when necessary or appropriate.
13. I maintain the highest levels of confidentiality for all client information and matters, unless disclosure of such information is required by law.
14. I commit to continuing to develop my professional skills as needed.
